That's what the LFS I got this frag from called it

It's a bit closed up still, but the polyps when extended actually pretty much cover the mat. It almost looks more like a soft coral with the size of the polyps when they expand.

Ahh ok - so an LPS rather than SPS? That actually makes more sense to me given the size of the polyps. I do agree that it does look a lot like that. Thanks!

No problem Letastrea kinda falls in that in between SPS LPS area IMO. But the husbandry is most similar to other LPS.
