ooo those are nice! Maldivian fish are pretty common. Strange that we don't see them in the trade if they really do look like that as adults.

I know, i run a damn fish store and ive seen them maybe 5 times in 10 years!!!

came in as a run of the mill kole tang still might buy it just cuz it isnt common. only problem is i have a clown tang and he isnt small lol. they look similar i would be concerned her would kill it. Had him since he was 2 inches and is now pushing 9. housed with a large yellow, and naso but still...might have to set up yet another tank..hahaha

Well hey nothing surprises me. 7 years ago none of us even heard of ignitus anthias, even though you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a pic of one from a diver in the idian ocean.
