Orange striped dwarf angel

Really like these and contemplating adding one to my tank. The only little red flag I have is I've heard they can destroy torch corals and zoanthids. I have a couple of torch corals that are doing really well and really don't want them to be eaten or destroyed. Has anyone experienced this? Or has anyone got any advice?

Can't think of anyone with anything nice to say about Eibli Angels, other than their coloration ... Maybe get an Eibli tang?

I assume you are referring to a Eibli Dwarf Angel? Like all other Centropyge sp., it might nip at whatever strikes it's fancy. Liveaquaria suggests a minimum tank size of 70g, so I think you will end up having problems if you plan on putting it in the 30g in your signature line.

Although I've never kept that particular species, I have had a number of other dwarfs over the years. They can be very territorial once established, making any additions problematic. That would only be amplified in a small tank so I would recommend against it.

Thanks for your help guys. It is an Eibl's Pygmy Angelfish, and think you're both right so will give it a miss.
