orange/yellow/gold frogspawn?

Darn - I thought you were selling some :)
I'm interested in this too.
I know dreaminmel just ordered some orange frogspawn online, but it didn't make it.

Never seen or heard of them in my short time in the hobby but would love to have a piece of orange if someone ever came across it.

they are out there. Not sure its the kind of yellow your pavona in avatar is but more goldish color. Mel was telling me about a yellow frogspawn this week.

I know this is bringing a thread up from the past (was searching for yellow frogspawn) but I just got a yellow Aussie octo frogspawn at our local auction last week (2 heads $16). It's all yellow and bright:

I know a URS member that has stunning yellow frogspawn,as a matter of fact you reminded me that he has a piece of it saved for me,along with a blue matrix frag..

The orange (tipped) frogspawn I had ordered a while back from Fraggle Reef was definately nice in the picture but I never got to see it like that in person. I suspect that it was not the typical frogspawn species either. G had told me once the scientific name for the small torch corals that come through and I think the frogspawn was something along the same pattern. A pic of it is at the top of this page.

link didn't work G...also, G, do you remember that oddball colored cristata or octo I got brought up from Va? It's still barely alive but under LEDS it's def. orange/gold, wouldn't you say?

Yeah that's a yellow cristata not sure you could call it frogspawn. On the link just add reef builders instead of the stars.

That's incredible orbital. I've seen some froggies that resemble that color morph, but I have assumed that they are in poor health or possibly bleached. I will be sure to give it some thought next time. How long have you had that at it's current color?

It's been in my tank for 9 days now. It was in the original owners tank a couple months as a single head that he picked up from Route 66 Marine/Frag Farmer until it split and he auctioned it.

I guess I'm lucky too.......................

Screw luck..... this was a tough find at the Ohio Fragswap. It actually has some nige green undertone when it's not fully inlated. Nice shot Johnny.
