Orbicular Cardinals

I just bought a pair of these fish, they are about 2.5 inches. I was wondering if they breed fairly easily in aquariums like other cardinals. Any information about their breeding or lack there of would be appreciated.

Obricular clowns-Huh? you mean cardinals?
Anyway they do breed well in the home aquarium, however unlike banggais, orbic cardinals only mouyth brood for a few days and relase planktonic fry around day 8. Since there are little sexual differences gathering a group of 5 or so will increase your chances of geting a pair

wow the worst kind of typo, one in the subject line. but yeah i do mean the cardinals. So i take it the cardinals would have no chance of survival without being removed from the tank and fed rotifiers?

Correct, they need care similar to clown fry.
