This has started to appear on my orchid the last few weeks and unsure what i is. Only other tank mate is a clown theyve been in the tank for almost 4 months now, he still eats fine, comes out (as often as orchids do) and still defends his cave. Soory for the blurry photos he doesnt stay still long but its not really spots more like a lightened color. LFS figured it just might be because i have a very porus rock setup and he tries squeezing through holes just barely big enough for him and itll heal on its own.

Newest addition was a candycane and brain coral. The Candy cane came with a fair sized bristle star havent seen him fully but one am is about 3-4 inches long.
 
Well, I will take a crack at it. It looks to me like either he is getting attacked, and a clown could easily be the culprit, or it has body rot. If body rot, I usually use formalin/malachite green which can be found in Paraguard by Seachem. If attacked, then you will need to remove the guilty party.
