Orchid Dottyback missing? HELP

I got an Orchid Dottyback (Pseudochromis fridmani) on 5/11/08. He was fine, swimming around and ate when I fed him on the 11th and then on the 14th. On the 15th I couldnt find him at all. I looked everywhere. I had gotten some new corals so I was in there placing them and I moved my rocks around and I couldn't find him. I checked my pumps and he did not get sucked up. I looked all around my tank and I could not find a body so I don't think he jumped out. Has anyone had experience in a missing Orchid? I don't think he died in my tank.

My levels are good. pH: 8.2, Nitrate: 20, Nitrite: 0.2, Salinity: 1.021, Ammonia and Phosphates at 0. I have 3 snails, 2 emerald crabs, 2 blue leg hermits, 1 red leg hermit, small yellow damsel, scooter blenny, 2 black clownfish, misc corals. 30G tank. Pics of my tank I took last night are at http://www.JIvePhotography.com/Reef

ODs are great fish. They can be very secretive. I lost my first OD after reaquascaping during an upgrade. If they are in a oneway hole and you cover it, they are toast. Still bums me out to this day :(

Hope that's not what happened, but it's a possibility.
