Yes, I am at work...that is why I requested a PM and not a phone call to my home. I attempted e-mailing this morning...but just received an e-mail response 10 hours later about a delivery that was due to arrive today (I actually called when I received no reply). I am trying to avoid venting my frustration with what occurred in this open forum. I have no problem with the delay in principle but I have a big issue with the lack of communication and would like to discuss it with a supervisor please.
Many thanks to DFS for their utmost professionalism in helping me understand what transpired with my Diver's Den order. You can't control Mother Nature...and details on my end didn't help the situation. No harm, no foul. I'm very much looking forward to receiving it tomorrow.
