Hello,

I received order A2605407 on Tuesday afternoon. Received in excellent shipping condition. 2 Beautiful True Percula, great color and everything. 1 was in excellent condition, but the 2nd one from the start was stressed. Typical hard breathing etc.. Properly drip acclimated the both. It is 6:00pm Thursday evening and the stressed one does not look like he will make it. Rapid breathing and is on the sand bed. The other one is in great shape and eating.

I noticed there is a 14 day Gaurantee. Does my order apply if this specimen expires? What are the procedures?

Thank you for the swift response. Unfortunately the little guy is on his back. He's still breathing at a rapid pace, but I give him no more than an hour.

Ok, he died sooner then expected. I snapped a photo of him dead in the tank if you need it for your records.

We have placed a credit on your customer file in the amount of $19.99 for the loss of this specimen. You may dispose of the remains as you see fit, we will not need them back from you. You would not need to post a picture of him.
