Order A2653100 Anampses lineatus

I received an email late today that my order shipped. Then I received an email stating that the Anampses lineatus wrasse was not ready to be shipped and that the money was credited back to me.

Is something wrong with the Wrasse? Will I still receive it when it is well?

I would not have paid shipping to receive only the Midas Blenny. I only added it to the order for the Wrasse, which is the fish I really wanted.

Please let me know if/when I will receive the Wrasse and how the shipping charges are handled in this situation.

Thank you for your post and your recent order with Drs. Foster and Smith’s LiveAquaria. We apologize that the Anampses lineatus wrasse is currently not healthy enough to ship at this time. It is part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee that we do not ship any item that is not up to our health standards. This fish arrived at our facility on January 6th, was put on the Diver’s Den on January 21st and has been treated with Prazi/Metronidazole.

We are observing this beautiful fish and will be able to ship it when we determine that it is back to 100%. We have credited your credit card for the amount of this item and will only charge you for it when we do ship it out at no extra shipping charge to you. We apologize that we are not able to provide an exact date that this item will be healthy enough to ship.
