I followed up on your order and there are notes in our system indicating that I spoke with you over the phone on January 17th. The two back-ordered items (water exchange module and remoate pump module) were cancelled as per your request as SpectraPure had just started re-designing their LiterMeters at that time and these two parts were not going to be available for quite some time. According to my notes, you had decided to keep the LiterMeter III on back-order but cancelled the accessories.

If you would like these two parts, please let me know. I will be happy to upgrade the shipping for you to get them to you quicker.

Hi Joesph,

I do recall a phone call. I never mentioned cancelling the order for these items though. I do have a email i can forward to you from about 3 weeks ago stating i would be recieving these item "real soon", hence the email here on rc
