on your webite it shows 1 of the 8 reflectors i ordered shipped
i called and yes back ordered
but when i recieved the box i looked at the packing slip and it says

" ordered 1 shipped 1 backorder 0"

just wanna make sure that these are still back ordered and i dont have to reorder them

Thank you for your post, I apologize if you didn't receive our backordered item email. When you placed your order the said item was on backorder. Our records indicate that the item did come into stock and has been shipped out on DEC 24th and is scheduled to arrive at your location on DEC 30th. notthing to be sorry for just wanted to make sure that you didnt have an odd policy
some places cancel items if they are over a certin value and on back order

you do need to fix your back order system so it emails people when something goes on back order or you dont have enough in stock the only way i knoticed was i called when i saw the numbers on the invoice were wrong.

for people reading this thread i ordered 8 SLR's but they only had 1 in stock ( so it said instock )

it is quite literaly marine depots only flaw and is of no fault of the customer service reps

glad to say the firs tpart of the order got here a day sooner then i expected and every thing looks ok *lamps are still in boxes and bubble wrapped in a safe spot till i need them but i dotn hear anything loose so i assume they are fine as well

Thanks for the feedback! I will pass this information along to our IT team, Normally when there is a back ordered item on an order the system will automatically email you to advise you of the back order. I suspect that it might have stopped functioning for a moment.
