Order problems

Hi Roger...I recently ordered an osmolater magnet to replace my old one (3152.512). I received it earlier this week and the seal that should be covering the magnets is exposed on both sides. I have tried emailing Tunze a couple different times but have not heard back so thought I would try here to see if this is something you could help me with.

The 3152 magnets are not coated, they are a ferrite magnet that is exposed (same magnet used for impellers). Did you have a full size osmolator? That uses a different magnet, 3155.600 is the whole set and 6025.501 is the coated outside half, it is a stronger magnet holder that uses rare earth magnets which must be coated.

Great. Thanks for the info and quick reply Rodger. Yes my existing magnets are for the 3155. I am using this new one for a different purpose so should work fine.
