Product number NS7111 Serial Interface Cable for PC. I think I you shipped the wrong cable. The bag has the right model number SERPC9 but the end that plugs into the ACJR is female. The ACJR has a female plug in also. Please let me know what to do. The end of the cable does not look like the picture if that matters, it is shorter.

I saw the other picture on the website and it should have a male end on it. How soon until I get the correct cable, I paid for 2 day shipping.

Very disappointed in your customer service. I have to wait for someone to call Neptune on Monday morning because this is the only cable you sell...that's what I was told. The customer service associate would not listen to me that I did not recieve the cable pictured on your website. He then told me that the ACJR with serial port that I have cannot be hooked up to a computer...not true. The correct thing would have been for you to check another cable to insure that it has a male minidin8 connection and ship that to me. I needed this cable this weekend not next week that is why I paid for 2 day express shipping. Now I do not have a cable and your customer service basically told me that I do not know what I am talking about. If he would have just looked at the picture (the second picture) on your website that clearly shows a male minidin8 he could have shipped the correct cable out today.

Someone else on RC had the same problem I did but customer service shipped them a new cable. But, the new cable had the a male DB9 end on it. Why was I told that this had never happened before? Do you sell the correct serial cable that has a male minidin8 and a female DB9 connection?

I am sorry you some how received an incorrect cable. We only stock one cable for the AquaController JR and they should all have the male end you needed. We have verified that cables we have on the shelf do have the male minidin8 connection. I am sorry the Customer Service Representative you spoke to could not help you more on Saturday. Our warehouse and shipping department are closed on the weekends. I believe Grant called you this morning and is shipping you the correct one to you overnight at no charge. Please let us know if you have any further problems.
