ordered product, will call if power/flood

I had a flood a couple of years ago (from an auto fill )that the cap had cracked, ( it thought it was filling my tank ---all night) $26,000 damage!! Any way, I just ordered a small box from Home Security Store that will call me if it detects water, or if the power goes out. $78.00, and , on ebay-- a small generator to use if the power does go out, $126.00, I figure this is a small price:wavehand: to pay for peace of mind.
I figured I'd rather be prepared!!

All things like this that reduce risk are terrific. I have a whole house generator but so far, no leak detector.

one good thing my tank is in the lower level and the whole basement is tile.
