I ordered from them a little over a month ago and had issues with shipping(DHL took two days to deliver an overnight package). Well, my velvet nudis did not take well to the two day trek and did not make it. They now need to send replacements and I would like to make it a larger package to ship. Shipping is $45, so if you'd like items, I hope you will be willing to help for shipping costs. We will be going through UPS instead of DHL as they have dropped DHL as shipper's due to bad experiences.
Their livestock is very healthy, the animals they send are in perfect condition, the fish they get are all caught using high standards and practices. They cure any illnesses before sending any fish. Great prices and price matching for any web-based seller's items that are not on sale from the store to be pricematched. Even with the two day shipping, all my cleaner shrimp (4), all my fish(2), and the sea hares(2) all lived and are very healthy...I can only imagine the quality arriving on time!! PM me with any questions or requests. I'm sure we'll be able to work something out. Oh, and the 10 day arrive alive, stay alive guarantee definitely helps. Go to their webpage and check out all the info you'd like before having me place an order. Heck, go to a few other web based sellers and see if they need to price match on your item also...they dropped the velvet nudi's I got by $8 each because I found them cheaper(they have since dropped their price to compare with the matched price on their site).

The reason I remind you of this is if you request an item, I cannot hold for a long time, I cannot get stuck with your product because you later decide you don't want it, and I will not order an item from them without your guarantee that you will pay for it and chip in on shipping. The shipment will hopefully be going out fairly soon(maybe next week), but if an item is not in stock, we will have to either wait or take the item off the order, but I will tell you in advance.
