I had a bad experience ordering from Aqua Cave. Their customer service was horrible and ignored my multiple inquiries when I received damaged and defective product. I finally called them and they were rude. I will never order from them again. I can't believe they're still in business.

Wow i ordered a skimmer from them and had a mix up. Called them and it was all handled right away with ease
