Ordering in Advance

Is it possible to place an order for livestock (mainly Divers Den items) perhaps tommorrow and arrange for it to ship early next week? If so, is there a special process I need to go through. Thanks in advance...

Not sure about the divers den, but I have placed an order and asked them to ship it at a later date and it was complied with. Just let them know when you want it shipped in the comment section when you check out. Even if I mail in an order, I ask them to empty my shopping cart once they receive my order. I receive an order confirmation every time, and my cart is always emptied if I ask them too.
 
I just went through three PM's on this matter today! I asked if the winter storm we are having would mess up the shipping. I was told yes, and then asked if I made a Divers Den order if I could hold it and have it shipped on Tuesday, as I am off work Wed-Fri. I was told they only would hold Divers Den items for 48 hours, even if I paid for them. Well, this wouldn't work, as I am not home Mon or Tues, and I lost out on some softies I really wanted...

Wish I know what the big deal would of been holding three corals for one extra day!

Up till now, never had a grip with the Dr's till this, and I have placed many orders. Still, some things never make since. If it wasn't for the weather, I could of placed the order today, and had it tomorrow.

Thank you all for posting regarding this matter. Under normal circumstances, we are only able to hold Divers’ Den orders a maximum of 48 hours. However, as the upcoming weather conditions are not normal circumstances, we would be happy to make an exception to our normal policies and hold the order for any time next week that would be convenient for you. You may note this on your order online or inform the agent you speak with when calling in your order.
