Ordering LPS

Premium Aquatics,

I see listing of LPS that I have been looking for. Do you allow people to order your LPS and have them shipped. I would have to assume since, I can't put it in my shopping cart that I need to either call or maybe its only walkin.... I am intersested in the cherry pick Green wall frogspawn and the bright green wall hammer... Do you ship these. What kind of serval rate is there on LPS such as these. Do you get many returns or complaints of dead on arrivals or shortly there after? I have never order any LPS online before.........

I live in Bartlett, IL 60103. Can you give me an idea of what kind of shipping charges I would incur. I can seem to find any of these corals around here for reasonable price. 2 head for $109 is that ridiculous. I know thats now due to high shipping costs...

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your inquiry. We do not offer our wysiwyg corals in a basket because of the high turn over rate we have. We simply run too many corals in out of the shop, and have so many inquiries, that it makes it impossible to know who was interested in the piece first, the internet customer, the phone customer, or the email customer. Thus we had to take one option away to slow it down some.

We do ship our corals all over the continental US. Where you are located you have two shipping options, Next Day Air - $25 (guaranteed live arrival) or Ground Shipping - $9 (no live arrive guarantee). We have quite a few customer's who live over your way that ship their livestock ground with no problems, however this is at your discretion.
