ORP Controller problems

I purchased a PinPoint ORP controller a few months back (Feb) from you guys and tonight it's acting up. it's started to make a buzzing noise and constantly turns the outputs on/off. it's also showing my ORP dropping form 430mv to 120mv in less then 30 min of the buzzing. I placed the probe (entire system) in another tank just to make sure it wasn't tank related and it still does the same thing. is this a probe problem or controller? for what it's worth the probe looks to be in perfect condition with no build up on it at all. I'm aware that it has a 2 yr warranty but how can I get it replaced ASAP?.

if it helps any the invoice # is 58548 dated Feb 24, 2004 00:32:59 (which is the time I ordered it)

Hi KC,

Sorry to hear the unit acting up. Usually false readings is a bad probe, but with the buzing noise, i'm leaning toward the controller. I would contact American Marine, they'll trouble shoot and replace what ever is bad, either or both. They are pretty fast on replacement. Here is there contact information:
