I was lucky enough to purchase a pair last night and would like to know if other people who have bought orangespot filefish from diver's den put them right in the display tank or QT'd them first.

I have not tried these but from reading those that did, they had to acclimate them to feeding first so, by default, quarantine. Check with small alien
