Osmo several issues. 2 different units.

This is a pretty old unit I picked up used as a spare. Well I checked the common problem sticky nothing there I could see wrong. It will sometimes not turn on, other times turn will wayover fill and the high level alarm does not turn on unless I cycle the float. It will indicate full green...
It has had it's sensor soaked in vinegar several times problem still exists. I would like to send this one in for you folks to check out.

The other unit works fine when it's getting power, well out of warranty but has some corrosion and a bit loose in the connector no matter how I try tweaking it. Could I possibly get a new connector I have soldering skills.

I only have one power supply...11v 1800ma.

I'm afraid we don't have any spare connectors here, but I think it's just an ordinary 2.5x5mm (tip-positive) socket. If you can wait for Roger to chime in I'm sure he'll have a better suggestion.

Great I got the one with the loose power connector working pretty well, solid contact with the power plug.

I will be sending the other one in I think it is a newer model?? Has no jumper like the other one has and has a blue cap which seems to have run hot and melted a small portion of the outer cover,not visible from the outside. Worse case you junk it
