Osmolater 3155

Hello,

Purchased an osmolater earlier this year and placed it in service in July. Yesterday it stopped working. The small pump switches on but pumps no water and then times out. I can hear the pump whining and feel something turning in the housing. I have inverted it hoping it was airlocked but I can't get it to pump. I suspect something has happened with the impeller and I will need a new one. Any suggestions for something else to try? Thanks.

Nothing? Can you point me to a source for a replacement for the pump. Premium aquatics is my usual source but they are not showing the pump as a replaceable item? Thanks.

My apologies for missing your original email.

The pump is a readily available spare part, most dealers including Premium Aquatics stock them and they generally are about $23 and last 2-3 years.

If you email me your invoice, we can get this set up for warranty replacement-
