osmolater problem

roger, it has been working fine for about a month. now all i get is a green light and the sump is running dry.i do drip in kalk to sump so i will try to drop in vinegar for a while. if that does not work can you advise where to ship for repair/replacement thanks,mike

I think soaking the sensor in straight vinegar will fix this problem, the cause is the optic sensor and either it is clouded over or water entered the sensor but this is rare as they are sealed with epoxy. The sensor can be replaced in not so much time, I have them so let me know if the vinegar doesn't do it.
