Hi Roger or if anybody else can answer please chip in,
I bought a 3155 osmolator for use as my auto top up. It sits in a 5 gal reservoir and is on a timer which has been set to operate overnight (11pm - 8am) for 15 mins every hour. Its connected to a kalk stirrer and the output of the osmolator pump is "controlled" or limited via a small ball valve to allow drips of about 2 a second. The problem is that the controller always reads "too low" and cuts off after 10 mins of pump operation. With it being on a timer eventually the period expires and on the next switch on it works again for 10 mins. The reservoir water level is higher than the input to the kalkstirrer - any ideas on resolving this ? I have the IR sensor below the shut off sensor which is orientated as per instructions.
