Osmolator 3155 pump issues

Hello, I bought the tunze osmolator 3155 auto top off system about 2 months and it worked great until now. I noticed that now when the water level drops and the pump is kicked on, no water is fed from the pump. I have tried making sure no air was in the line but upon closer inspection I noticed that although the pump is making noise, the impeller at the bottom is not moving at all. I have even tried the pump with no black water line in the reservoir alone and it moves zero water even with no head pressure. Is there somethong im missing or is this pump toast after 2 months.

The pump was likely defective, if you email me your invoice and the date code from the pump which is on the silver tag under the CE logo and is six digits, we can get it replaced-
