Osmolator 3155 stopped working

I purchased the 3155 on September 10th and it was working fine until a few days ago. It will not recognize a drop in the water.

If I unplug the controller and plug it back in it will run the pump for 20 seconds and then quit again. Never to turn back on.

I have cleaned the sensor but it still doesn't work.

This is critical as I have to travel for my profession and have no other way to top off when I am away.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I think I found the problem. Right after I wrote the thread I decided to check the holder/bracket and found it had some scum that I could not see barely touching the back of the sensor. I could not see this until I took everything off. I just cleaned the holder/bracket along with the sensor and it appears to be working.

I will monitor and let you know if it has any more problems.
