Osmolator 3155

The oldest pumps had a single oring seal and lasted 18-24 months usually, for the last two years about they have had a double oring seal and should last 24-36 months. If you use them to pump kalkwasser the life can be as short as 6 months.

Well, they do sometimes just crap out due to a defect, but otherwise the other possibility would be a bad connection, sometimes salt creep and corrosion short the little connector and if the unit is more than a few years old the wiring may have wicked in some water and corroded so the pump isn't getting enough power. Does it make any noise or even try to run?

Salt creep isn't a problem i checked all connections to the pump. The unit is the same age as the pump. No noise at all. I did a vinager dip to make sure it's clean as well.

Do you have a voltmeter to verify the controller is sending power to the pump? If it is only the pump PM me and we will send one, but we need to be sure it isn't a controller issue.
