We actually have them in stock but they are without transformers. We finally sourced some transformers and I hope to fill some orders before the week is over. The factory has changed to an electronic power supply, like a cell phone charger, and away from the transformer, we are in a window where neither is available. They sent me osmolators without power supplys and we will be shipping them with a smaller 9V only non switchable transformer until the new units with a 9V electronic power supply arrive.

We are no longer using switchable transformers, they will be 9V only from now on. The only difference from what will ship in the next batch and the batch after that is this batch will have a UL approved coil type transformer, the next batch will be an electronic, resistor type power supply, these are smaller and lighter, basically just like your cell phone charger.
