Sometimes there are no lights on at all. Unplug it and then plug it back in and works fine then come back and the red light is one. Thought it was the pump but just put a new pump on it and still doing the same thing. Help please

How old is the controller? There are at least a half dozen possible causes but the age of the unit may help narrow it down.

That doesn't narrow it down much, my hope was it was a much older unit where we could likely narrow it down to a failing power supply or bad PTC. I think it is best to send it in for repair, I would need the pump, controller and power supply. If you have a receipt please include it, it may still be under warranty.

Roger got it back and on this morning everything was working okay till just now. No lights on at all. unplugged it and back in still nothing. Water is now below the eye. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well, I changed just about everything, PTC, condensor, optic sensor, pump wiring, I have to assume it is a relay that is sticking. I will PM you about swapping it out.
