Hello,
I purchased a used Tunze Osmolator a while back. When I tested it originally, it appeared to work fine.
Now that I am to install it on my sump, I am having trouble with it.
When I turn it on I get a high water alarm and the pump will not operate. To me it appears that the signal from the float switch is reversed. If I raise the float switch midway, the pump will turn on and operate normally. Raised to the top, the pump turns off with no high water alarm. If the float is at the bottom, high water alarm. (and no it is not installed upside down )
Any suggestions? Magnetic interference possibly? I'm going to remove the system and test in another room this weekend.
Thanks in advance.
