Osmolator high level alarm will not shut off

Anyone know why the high level alarm is stuck on and won't turn off? I've checked the float, it moves freely, I even rotated it around. The alarm continues to go off even when the pump is filling to the optical sensor level.

I've tried all I can think of, anyone have some ideas?

The most likely culprits are magnetic interference or water damage to the controller. The float switch is magnetic and it switches a relay which is also magnetic. It is very odd that the pump would run and the high water alarm would be going off, this should not be possible.
