Osmolator is going crazy

Hello Roger,

My osmolator (4 years old) is not working properly, with the correct water level the alarm sound is on, both red lights from too high and too low levels are ON and the osmolator pump doesn't work. Can you help me fixing the problem or should I send it to Tunze (Germany) directly?

Regards
Ricardo

Im not sure if this is causing your problem or not, but I had a simular issue with mine once. Turns out..It was a ballast from a cheap floresent that I had mounted in my cabinet.

Yes, electromagnetic interference is a very likely cause as is water damage. The controller is getting a conflicting message that the water level is too low and too high so it shuts down and blinks the lights and alarms. Any sort of magnetism near the sensor or controller can cause this as can water or salt damage to the board. I would send it to the factory if it is not any of these cases.
