Osmolator is not functioning

I just purchased and setup the Tunze osmolator, but it is not functioning. The sensor is now sitting approximately 4-5 inches above the water level, but my controller still says level. What should I do?

What should I do? Should I just exchange it and pay the shipping, or is there a way to trouble shoot it?

Call me tomorrow, we will try some troubleshooting and if all else fails I will exchange the controller.
