Roger,
I've had the osmolator for several years and by no means complaining, it has worked awesome. However, for the last 6 months or so, I think the sensor is not sensing when to trigger the refill process. The water level will drop below the sensor and the when I look at the controller, the green light is blinking. I have to plug and unplug the power supply to the unit several times and then the yellow light will come on and refill. When it reaches the top of the sensor sometimes the light will go solid green and other times it will blink green. The pump always shuts off when it hits the top of the sensor.
I am assuming the only way to replace the sensor is to order a whole new controller? I saw on your site it is part 5017.0000. Just want to confirm that is the best way to go. I have soaked the sensor in vinegar and inspected it for any issues and it looks fine.
Thanks,
Jason
