Osmolator Issue

Hi,
I've had the osmolator for a while and had no issues until two days ago. The unit shut off and began beeping nonstop. The too low and too high red LEDs were flashing. I did read somewhere that i had to open the unit and dry it. So I did via rice in a bag. It still is beeping even though there is no evident water damage nor any salts on the main unit. Its still in the rice bag to thoroughly ensure that any water particles is absorbed. Any help or is this unit busted?
Thanks

The usual cause of this alarm is water damage, most commonly, the power supply tip was plugged in while wet and some small localized damage exists near the power entrance. I would send it in, if it is water damage which we usually cannot repair, we would discount a replacement, if it is not water damage and it is less than 2 years old it would be replaced under warranty. Include the pump and power supply and a note with return address and phone number as well as a copy of your receipt if available-
