Osmolator Nano Help

Hi,

Purchased the unit brand new less than 3 months ago and it's recently not working properly.

When the water drops, the sensor switches the pump on, but no RO is being pumped into the tank. I can hear the pump whirring but it's not pushing water, and eventually resets due to the safety off switch. I made sure the return line is connected and not blocked. Bad pump already?

The only possibilities are the pump is air locked or the pump is bad (impeller is separated from the drive shaft). Try tipping the pump upside down, if some air comes out, it may just be air locked. You could also see if the impeller is actually turning when it runs. If the pump is bad, just email me an invoice and we will replace it.

Great news! This tends to be needed if the pump is removed from water or runs dry, it will get a bubble inside and cannot prime.
