osmolator nano

I had a big problem this morning my osmolator nano was overflowing my tank, I came to find out the auto shut off control box function did not work, I tested it out after the fact and the shut of mechanism doesn't work I tested and waited 8 min and didn't shut down. I have had it less than a year and can't find my invoice or receipt. can anyone help?

Yes, please send it in, it has a manufacture date we can use for warranty, include a note with return address and phone number, include the pump, controller and power supply, generally such problems would stem from a bad pump or power supply overloading the controller and causing damage.
