Osmolator on a Rubbermaid stock tank?

I just bought a new Osmolator and I would like to set it up on my sump which is a Rubbermaid stock tank. It doesn't appear that there is a good way to mount the osmolator in the stock tank. Has anyone else set up an Osmolator on a stock tank? How should I mount it?

To hard to explain without a picture, but if nobody has an explanation or picture by the end of the weekend I can show you how I did it.

Drill the container and just screw the rails onto the container.

Does it matter that the sides of the stock tank aren't perfectly vertical? Will that confuse the sensors?

I don't know about that, I would think you could come up with some way to straighten the mount, it should be straight but a slight angle might be OK.
