Osmolator part missing?

I just purchased a new osmolator and was going to set it up today, but I think I'm missing a part. I did not receive a sliding part that holds the sensor holding device. It only came with one sliding part that holds the safety sensor. There are a bunch of other parts that I won't be using. Am I missing a part or am I doing something wrong.

It sounds like you are missing a part. Pm me a name and address and that you need the sliding holder for the optic sensor and we will send one.

Got the missing part yesterday and hooked everything up. I should have gotten the osmolator along time ago. I love this product. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.
