Osmolator Power Issue

Hello,

My 2 year old Osmolator just had the pump replaced (Because it stopped working) and now the display box is still showing when the level is correct and seems to be working fine but the pump never turns on?

Do you think this may be a problem with the controller\Display unit? Rogar?

Yes, either that or the connection or wiring to the pump is corroded. The controller cuts power to the pump if the pump is drawing so much power that the controller could be starved of power unable to perform its safety functions. New pumps do use more power because they now have a double seal and we have upped the safety limit to accomodate this. An older osmolator with a new pump may just need this mod, but it could also be the wiring is old and oxidized from the salt and humidity. Send it in, either way I will get it fixed up.
