Osmolator Power Supply

My tunze osmolator just recently stopped working. I believe it has something to do with the power supply. How would I go about getting another power supply sent to me and what would be the cost? Is this something covered under warranty?
This is the part I believe is causing the problems: 5012.010

Can you explain further? Is it working intermittently or not powering at all? Have you tried making a new connection between the pump and controller? How old is the unit?

The power supply is available on tunze.com. They are about $20. It would be warranty so long as it is less than 2 years old and the cause is not water damage. For warranty coverage you would send it in for inspection, so long as the low voltage output end and wall end show no signs of water damage a replacement would be sent within 24 business hours of receipt.
