osmolator problem

I have an osmolator that has been running great for a couple years.

about 2 weeks ago the pump went bad (impeller locked, my fault for not cleaning as often as i should) so i ordered a new one from brs. no problems since installing the new pump

last night during dinner, i hear the high water alarm noise going off.

i went down to check and i have 1 light solid red and 1 light flashing red with the alarm sounding? i unplugged it many times and left it off until this morning, when i plugged it back in it is doing the same thing?

anyway to fix it? i have it mounted in my seperate sump room about 5 ft away from any water so i dont believe it got wet

thanks

bob

This will indicate water damage, an electromagnetic field affecting the controller or some sort of signal conflict (float is raised but optic sensor says too low). I might inspect that nothing has changed and undue any changes from when it worked to now and if that doesn't work it should be sent in.

Roger,

thanks for the help. i will move it around to differnet outlets to see if that helps with the magnetic field. If not how do i go about sending in and what are the costs.

you can pm me if you would like

thanks

Just send the controller, pump and power supply with a note that has your return address and phone number-
