Osmolator Problem

Hi I just purchase this tunze osmolator 3155 from a person on reef central about three weeks ago. The first day it work, but have not since. He stated that it was just services from tunze. I tried cleaning the optical sensor in hot subbed water a few time, I also purchase a new pump thinking it may be the pump. Still not working. The pump light show on, on the controller only. I will like to send it in so someone at tunze can take a look at it.

That is fine, generally if the pump on light comes on and the pump does not run, the problem is just the pump, you could PM me the sellers name and I could look up the repair.
