Osmolator Problem

My osmolator is no longer working correctly. When I plug the unit in, the pump no longer runs. I have no lights working on the display. The high level float sounds the alarm and the pump works using a 12V power supply. The adapter reads 11.3 volts from the wall. I think it may be a problem with the main board of the unit. You just replaced the optical sensor a few months ago. If it is a main board problem, how much is it generally to replace the board? That will influence my decision as to whether or not to just buy a new one.

Thanks

Can I get your name so I can look up the repair history? They don't offer only the board, it would be the complete controller portion and they are expensive, they are about 75% of what a full unit costs, I just want to see if anything in my notes gives me any ideas as to what might be wrong and I will definitely get something worked out for you.
