Osmolator problem

The probe is no longer detecting a low water level and consenquently will no longer top off. I tried soaking it in vinegar but it sill won't detect a low water level.

Check that the sensor is not pressed against something so water is stuck between it and a solid surface. I have had a few come in lately that the only problem was the sensor was upside down in the holder so water gets trapped between the flat plate and the sensor. Short of that the sensor is bad and it will have to come in to have the sensor replaced.

Pretty sure the sensor is dead. Where do I send the osmolator?
