Osmolator pump not pumping

I've had my Osmolator for 2 years exactly, and suddenly today the pump isn't functioning properly. It turns on in response to a low water level, and even though the little motor is on (I can feel it vibrate and when I put it on top of the water some splashes occur) the water is not being pumped up the line to the tank. I haven't done anything differently than what's been done for 2 years, so maybe it's just reached the end of its life? I only use pure RO/DI in the reservoir and when I refill the reservoir I make sure there are no bubbles inside the unit before turning it back on. Is there a fix or do I need a new pump?

You need a new pump. The pump usually lasts 18-24 months. The only other thing to check is if the connector to the pump is badly corroded. Premium Aquatics, MD and many of our local dealers stock these pumps- part 5000.02.
