hi, i'm new owner osmolator but a bit confuse about this toy. why everytime i turn on the unit, it will pump water for few second eventhough water level is already correct. is it normal or something need to be adjusted

Technically this happens because it takes a fraction of a second for the optic sensor and its associated capacitor to charge up and start working. It is normal as long as the pump runs for less than 1 second.
