Osmolator replacement pump order problem

Hi, I have ordered replacement pump for my osmolator on12/24/10 and haven't received it yet. I haven't received an email whether it's out of stock or whether it was shipped - nothing. And since I'm home weekends only, I'm not very happy with this situation as my wife is not very happy to lift 5g jug every day.
BTW order is placed on tunze.com

Yes, I am sorry for this but we were closed Dec 24 until Jan 3. We did ship your pump yesterday by UPS and I expect you will have it by Thursday. Unfortunately, Tunze USA is myself and one employee and we don't typically give any further update on tunze.com orders, we only reply if a part is out of stock, otherwise we ship the next business day after the order is recieved.
