Roger,
I recieved an Osmolator in July as a birthday present and now am having trouble with it.
The metering pump seems to be the issue. The controller lights up in the low level position ( water level is low) and goes to cut the pump on but the pump does not come on. While checking out the problem I noticed the pump itself is trying to come on but the impeller isn't spinning. Seems like the pump is frozen, I can hear the motor trying to work and can feel a slight vibration when the controller sends power to the pump. Just for good measure I went ahead and cleaned the optical sensor but I feel that isn't the issue.
Do I need to send the metering pump in?
One other quick question too if you don't mind.................
Mrs. Claus has gotten me a wavebox for Xmas, and I was wondering which magnet mounts to use. The tank is an all-glass 90gal. And am I correct in my thought that it would need two sets to mount the wavebox?
Thanks,
Kevin
